AMSD is home to Hazleton Area's #1 gymnastics and cheer tumbling program! At our brand new facility, we train on a spring floor as well as Tumble Trak, cheer mats, air mats and spotter mats. Safety is priority in this structured, goal-oriented program focusing on proper technique with our top of the line equipment and safety-spotting practices. We work through skills alongside of our students, coaching them physically and mentally. Strength conditioning and flexibility stretching are also a main focus within our program. Gymnastics classes begin at age 4 and up!
